When you are trying to identify duplicate data do you mean that for example Ace and Alex should be removed cause their Labor total is the same? Even though those values might be coming from totally different records? There isn't a way to automatically find duplicate data within Quick Base and remove it. For that the usual process is to build out a report to find duplicates and then go through to remove those records or filter them out individually since those reports just build dynamically off of the records that they are being pulled from.
