Qrew LegendNot sure if this is helpful, but I did an Quickbase to QuckBooks integration (with VARC on the Quickbooks side) and the process that we used was to have our users push a button which created the exact lines which we wanted to see on the QBO invoice. So One solution is via a URL formula field or a Pipeline to create a set of lines in a new table called QBO Invoice lines. That also gives transparency to the users as to what QBO will generate. Then the QBO side will be simpler to pull the data from QBO Invoice lines.
Thanks Mark, but unfortunately the client we're working with now doesn't want to carve out these fields into a child table, which is why I'm trying to figure out how to get the result of that search array into Base.
The way you're describing is the default way and that works great, I just have to work around that and mimic it due to everything being on the one table.
