I'm confused here, are you planning on using the API/some kind of code for this or are you saying you would rather avoid that and are looking for other options? If coding, what language will you be doing this in? JavaScript, Python, C?
Where is the data coming from? You might be able to do the initial import of the data and then just use webhooks to make changes per record as the data changes. This would depend on how the data is coming to you and if there are any integrations possible with other systems like Workato or similar.
