No problem. The Add button is a URL formula button. The field itself has a name. You can choose whether or not to show that name on the form but what most people do is to click the form property for that field and suppress the add button label as it is redundant with the actual words on the green button.
Those words are called the Link Text and you can just go into the field properties for the Add Record button and change the Link Text. Typically you would also change the field name to match, just for you own sanity.
