How to rename an existing Form?

Wondering how to rename an existing Form?
Could someone provide the steps if possible?

    Hi Norm,

    There are different ways to do this for new/legacy forms:

    Legacy: Form Settings>Properties tab
    New: Edit the Form and use the pencil at the top
