Unfortunately there is not a way to search all email notifications across the realm, it isn't a function that exists. In the short term though if you connect with our Care team with your email subject line via a case they can help look that up for you and identify the app. Alternatively if that person has sent you back that email, the notification should contain a link that would take you back to the right app.
If being able to search for a notification across all of your applications would be helpful for your use of Quick Base I would suggest adding that request to our User Voice. User Voice is a tool our PD team uses to track interest in new features and enhancements to existing features. The Quick Base User voice can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab that appears on the right of the page or at
http://quickbase.uservoice.com by signing in with your Quick Base credentials. If you do decide to add a request there I always recommend putting a link to it here in this thread so anyone else who finds this thread can also go and vote to show their support. Thanks so much Raj.
