How to show data of lookup field in child table without giving access to parent table?

I wanted to share individual records to people from the child table without giving them access to parent table. I did include lookup fields from the parent table and shared the record from child table to other user and the user is not able to view the data in the lookup fields. How do I show the data of the lookup fields without giving access to parent table?

    I don't think that you can get the lookup to work if there is no access to the parent.  But you can hide the parent table from that Role using the UI setting for the Role.  You would also ensure that the form has no hyperlinks to the Parent record.
