4 years agoThere is no real solution at present, but some of my clients use a service account to own all Automations, Pipelines and Connected Sync tables. That way when the main QuickBase administrator leaves the company everything doesn't break. Instead authorize staff at the client use that IT administrator user ID to build any of those types of connections. That way the password is known to a few people in the IT department.

Reinforcing Mark's suggestion. I have them make a User QBHelp@company.com and then that User which is not a real person is the owner of the User Tokens for integrations.
