Hyperlink summary field into a button?
Please help!! What's the easiest way to change a hyperlink summary field into a button? is this even possible? Thank you!

I don't think you can change that field to be a button, because it is a reference field, and the 'link' functionality is just built into QB.
You will want to make a formula-url button that has the same atributes as the link.
i.e. ?a=dr&rid="&URLEncode([Related Root Cause])
