I don't want my look up values to change...

I have a form that my users have to supply a cost code and a total dollar figure they are requesting. So to help them make sure they are staying within budget, I created a drop down of all their cost ...

Thank you! When I follow the instructions on this link, not all of the "look up" fields are available to me. Am I not doing something correctly?

The lookup fields offered should be the fields that exist as lookups into the table and which match the field type of the field you are setting to be a snapshot.  For example a numeric field will only let you select numeric lookups to snapshot.
