I need a trigger 30 minutes after a record is created

I have a need to set an alert/reminder/email (something) 30 minutes after the time a new record was created.  Is that possible?

Scenario:
A record is created.  If a checkbox isn't checked within 30 minutes of the time stamp, then I need some sort of alert.

    There is a Pipeline channel called Clock. It allows for a delay until the next step. 


    you should be able to follow a 30 minute delay with a Branch IF to check for that update then do something.
