I need applications list in my field drop down list..how to do this plz can you explain it

There is not a way to automatically populate a list of applications into the list of choices for a multiple choice fileld.

On a one time basis you could probably go to your Manage Billing Account page and then to the app list and and paste the apps into excel, tidy that up, and then  and then coax them into a drop down list.
