I need my reports to show the Alternative Label Text instead of what is currently present.

I have a file that is imported weekly w a predetermined set of headers. I need to export this detail for upload into another system. In order to do this I need to use the alternative label text for this form. How can I accomplish this?

    You will need to build a customized report and change the label headings of the columns to match your Form Alternate Labels. 

    Build your report and when you display the report, click on the drop-down arrow on the column headings affected, and select the option Column Properties to change the name of the column headings for that report-instance only.
