I need to copy a record from one table to another based on the value of the status field.

I want to automatically copy a record from the "CSR Pipeline" table to the "Completed CSR" table when the status field of the record in the "CSR Pipeline" table is set to "Completed". This should happen without requiring any manual intervention or button clicks.
