I need to use a field from one tab in a table report on another tab

I've tried so many different things so far surrounding the summary field and maximums but i can never get them to show up where i need the information. I need to use a field (Out Date and Time) fr...

any suggestions on how to do that last point?
Also i think i'm getting caught up on the "Record ID" references everywhere- the record ID of what exactly?
