I really need to utilize the new Connection service to MS Exchange

I really need to utilize the new Connection service to MS Exchange so that we can store emails relating to records within our applications. We do not use 365 and I need to find out where I can discover the name of our Exchange server and how to see what port it is using. I will probably have to go to our 3rd party IT guys but I don't even know what to ask them.

    My guess is in fact they will know exactly what you are talking about if you use the same words for the boxes you need to complete on that Sync Connection setup.

    Yep, you were right. They were able to make the connection successful. Now all I need to do is figure how leverage this new found feature the best. Thanks again!
