At this time there is not a way to reorder the applications in the app bar. When you open an application it will go all the way to right at the end of the list. You can close ones before it as well. This would be a great item for produce feedback. You can enter that here: http://quickbase.uservoice.com/.

Secondly, Eliza, I submitted a ticket to support, but now am not entirely sure the response they provided was completely accurate/correct.

I assume you believe that, if I'm logged into Quickbase, I should be able to click on that, and take me to this page:
Problem is, it takes me to a login screen for Quickbase, and my username and password fail to work. (I'm POSITIVE I have entered them correctly)
In order to navigate there, I MUST go to "My Apps" and click on the orange feedback button.
Once I've done that, THEN the link will take me to this page.
Is that normal? Seems REALLY weird, and as I said, support indicated that this was an issue because of 3rd party software you're using for the feedback form.
But it wasn't until just now that I realized that clicking on the orange feedback button is VERY different from this page.

I can jump in with a response here since Eliza has moved to a new position from Community Management and I have taken over since then. That can be the case when a user is looking to log in to our Feedback Platform when first getting set up. This can most often happen when they have never used User Voice before, as their identity in User Voice gets tied to their Quick Base credentials in order to help us identify who feedback comes from and to make sure votes get correctly tallied against a users profile. When using our built in feedback tab some of that handshake is automated to get everything connected together. The Widget helps to streamline the process and ideally allow users to submit Feedback without needing to leave Quick Base.
In the case of users directly accessing the Quick Base User Voice platform they do still need to authenticate with the Quick Base login. They can occasionally get the login issue you are running into as a result of their usual logins being resolved against the custom realm a user has mycompanyname.quickbase.com instead of login.quickbase.com which is what our user voice defaults to. When a realm has their own policies in place for passwords that can cause some users to have a disconnect between their password on their actual account and the main quick base account. Common culprits include SSO accounts using LDAP/SAML or custom permissions for Authentication. The feedback tab in Quick Base takes advantage of that handshake to avoid this issue in a way that a direct link cannot. As a third party tool we are making use of it cannot always predict all of those components on the fly, so the widget helps to avoid needing it.
I would suggest if you have that issue to try resetting your password right in that password request window to the same password you currently are using and see if it syncs back up. That will resolve the issue if it is just the case of your password on the two realms being out of sync. I hope that is helpful information. - AlexCertificatiQrew CadetEvan,
