If reference field is deleted will the relationship between tables get removed automatically?

I am newbie and trying to figure out why data is not populated in a table. When I checked relationship diagram, table A is connected to table B using a field "Related Receiving Record" but i cant find...

You should search for  [Record ID#] in the "Receiving Records" Table. 

Based on your example, the "Receiving Records" is the Parent table and you are linking to a child table, [Receiving Records] - [Record ID#] = [Child Table] - [Related Receiving Record]
