I'm trying to use a drop down list from another table to fill in other Fields when adding a new record. For example I have a providers list table and in each record it has the clinic name, NPI, and doctor. On my records table I created a drop down list from that table for the clinic names I'm trying to get it to also fill in the NPI and provider. I can do this in the dynamic form rules but I was wondering if there's an easier way

np, Quick Base has "Relationships" designed to do exactly that.
