Import from clipboard - "Importing from Microsoft Project"

Is there a way to disable Import from clipboard option to not recognize text as "Importing from Microsoft Project" or to have it "unchecked" by default, or diable completely?

Recently my users started to receive error "Access needed" when uploading data, as this option is by default ticked.
I wrote to them to untick it but to avoid further questions and "access requests" I wanted to check if possible to disable it.
