Inheritance in Quick Base
Is there any form of inheritance in Quick Base?
For example, I have a Companies table. Well we are using that for Customers, Architects, Vendors, Installers, etc. As they are all companies.....
As each need certain fields we have a "Type" dropdown and I use form rules to hide/show sections based on that. But it is getting more and more cumbersome as our app evolves. And my relationships need to filter our the companies I dont want, etc. I really wish there was a better way like inheritance to design the multiple tables independently of each other.
