Integrating Quickbase with third-party Form

I am looking into using a third-party form builder to build forms that are more accessible to blind people. I would like to integrate these forms with Quickbase, meaning, when a user submits to using these form, it will add a new record to Quickbase. 

The general idea I had was just to use API_AddRecord, once the form is submitted. Would this be a possible thing to do? Are there any complications I should be aware of? Or is there a better way of POST form data to Quickbase? I just wanted to ask before I move forward with this project?
