Integration with Salesforce

Hi All,

 I'm trying to integrate QB with Salesforce. The requirement is that when a record is updated in Salesforce then corresponding record gets updated in QB.

I built a real time event triggered pipeline and trigger point as when Salesforce object is updated.

However, sync from Salesforce is not happening on its own.  The sync is happening only when I run the pipeline manually. 

Is there anyway for the pipeline to detect changes in Salesforce automatically and then udpate Quickbase tables ?
