Qrew LegendBased on the names of your tables it sounds like the proper relationship is one job has many job schedules. Why don't you just make a summary field of the minimum of the [Start-Hang Date] field and show it on your Jobs record.
I'm not sure that I know how to create a summary "field". Please advise. thx

Qrew Legendnp, Just got to the Relationship where 1 Job has many Job Schedules and use the button there on the left side of the relationship to create a Summary field.
