Is creating a circular relationship the only answer?

I have been doing things this way for a while.  Is there a better solution? JOBS table related to JOB SCHEDULES table I enter the [Start-Hang Date] on the JOB SCHEDULES table record I want this...

np,  Just got to the Relationship where 1 Job has many Job Schedules and use the button there on the left side of the relationship to create a Summary field.
