OR...You could download the "App Library" app from the Exchange and use that to grab the total schema of an app in a matter of seconds.

The App Library is a great tool as well. It is unfinished and can use some improvement, though. Refreshing existing schema and handling things like fields/tables being deleted is not it's strong suit.
