Is it possible to have a webhook pull in the name of the field that was changed?

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a webhook put the name of a specific field inside a text field on another table.

I am creating an audit trail table, that will track the changes of a specific field. However, I have several fields that I want to track changes for. I have it working where it will put the old value and the new value in, and even the name of the table that the record was changed on. So I'm hoping that much like the table name, I can pull the name of the field as well.
