is it possible to have logged entry text field in a child table form?

I have a table to table relationship with Patients<PhoneCalls.  Each time we add a phone call, a form opens.  I would like to be able to see comments entered on previous phone calls on the current form.  Even though I have the fields set up to log entries, I can only see the entry log comments in the embedded report in the parent record.

    No problem.

    Report Link fields types run reports on a form, so let�s out one to work.

    Set up a Report Link field type on you phone call table called

    [All Phone Calls]

    On the left side dial the field to [Related Patient]

    On the right side navigate back to your app and to the very same field on the phone calls table still called [Related Patient]

    Put 'er on the form and y'er in business!

    Thank you for your response.  I did as directed.  This does give a link to the report and previous responses can be viewed there.  It is not exactly what I was hoping to do, but maybe this is all that is possible.   I was hoping to be able to see previous entries in the field itself.
