Is it possible to use "Use Alternate Label Text" value in Dynamic Form Rule Display Message?

I have a Dynamic Form Rule that compares two fields.  If they do not match when the form is saved I display a message indicating that they don't match.  My question is in the message it uses the form ...

Unfortunately, not with Form Rules. If this is a requirement all the time, you could setup Table-level data validation using Custom Data Rules:
