Is there a way to copy fields from one table into another

I have two separate tables that will have around 100 of the same fields. The tables are separate and the information can not be put into one table due to process and policies. Is there an easy way to ...

When you display the report, you should have the "More" menu option at the top right of your screen. When you click, "More", do you not have the option to "copy these records to another table" option?
