In Zapier you can go from Gmail to Drive. The notification contains the html payload as an attachement you put in the Drive step File, Step1: attachment... In Drive you have an .html file (use that as an extension) you can download and open in a browser. Or open in Excel. (also use the setting Convert to document: no). In the Gmail step use New Attachment. Also you might want to limit it to a label so you can just get the attachments you're interested in.
