Is there a way we can add tooltip for table columns?

I am pretty sure the answer is no. It would be a good User Voice Feedback to put in because all you are really asking is for the existing hover tooltip which displays on a form to also display on the new style table report.

  Please do put it in the User Voice. That would be a really great feature to reduce confusion in the User base.
