Is there an excel version of the exact form or perhaps an easy way to convert an excel document to the word format especially if there are a lot of columns that would normally go outside the boundarie...

A tip is to bring in the fields into a single sheet and then by formula refer to those fields in your main Excel Sheet. That way when you adjust the main form it won�t break the Juiced mapping as to which field ids go into which cells.
