The fields will auto size according to the size of your screen.
There is a setting on field properties for text fields to not let them wrap, but that will just cause other fields to wrap more.
The only other trick is to override the column heading on the report with a field name with no spaces, like adding underscores
like
My_field_name___
To override a column heading on a table report, look for the blue arrow at the top of the column when you hover over the column.
Then Quick Base will not be able to wrap that column, but then you may get side to side scrolling which is generally thought to not be user friendly.
