Issue with Record Owner

In the marketing database that my company is using and that I have helped design, I have a report that is tracking the Previous Action Statuses that are being inputted and saved with each call. The issue that I am having is that when a record is rotated and assigned to another person the entire report changes to that new callers name. I have tried adding the fields of "Record Owner", and "Last Modified By". Yet when I do that it assigns me as the record owner or the one the last modified every record. I have inserted a section of report and the available columns that I have. Any tips would be appreciated.
