Lets assume my users have no self control and would randomly select records from that list. How can i build a button to address this issue?
- QuickBaseCoachD7 years agoQrew CaptainI have no idea how you would do that so my suggestion is to give them a button which directs them to a Dashboard consisting of an Instructions on how to use Save and Next.
I feel that where there is a perfectly good native solution, you should use and and then move on to the next Quick Base project on your, no doubt, long todo list. - GiuseppeMacri7 years agoQrew CaptainHmm ok, but just for reference, the native way to handle this would be a URL String with rid=[Record ID#]+1 right?
- QuickBaseCoachD7 years agoQrew CaptainI don't understand what you mean. The "native way" is to use "Save and Next.
- GiuseppeMacri7 years agoQrew CaptainHmm i don't see a save and next option for the green save buttons.
- QuickBaseCoachD7 years agoQrew CaptainWhen ever you run a report, the Green Save and Next button is available - there is sort of a split on the right side of the button. Select that it it will then stick as a Save and Next instead of a save button and the user can just walk down the whole report in edit mode.
- GiuseppeMacri7 years agoQrew CaptainI understand what youre saying. Thanks! I never knew that existed!
- QuickBaseCoachD7 years agoQrew CaptainHooray for no code native solutions.
