Issues with Saving?

I have a user reporting that they tried saving a record but that it didn't save. "When I hit the "Save and Close" button it did the usual save process (the little yellowish-orange box with "Save" in the middle) and then when it reloaded none of the data was there."

I suspect user error (pretty sure they left the form open for days before trying to "save" their work) but they are adamant that it's not user error but an issue with Quickbase itself. Thought I'd post to see if anyone else is getting reports of issues with Saving from their users in case there is an actual QB issue here?
