Jinja loop creations in Pipelines

Has anyone created loops in pipelines using Jinja?  I have standard search in a pipeline that adds a child record to the parent that I would like to repeat until the search returns 0 records. i.e. The Search may find 10 parents each needing multiple children.  The pipeline will add 1 child per parent (10 in this example) and stop.
