Kanban report help - multi select text field help

I would like to use Kanban reports to track varies quotes and their stages in my app.  I have a Multi select text field where all the status' are listed and the field type cannot be changed.  Is there...

A Kanban reprt only work with a multiple choice field.  Are you asking how you can convert your multi select field to be a multiple-choice field?
