Key field not updating existing records

Hi,

I am having an issue with updating an existing record. The key field is exactly the same but new downloads keep creating new records.

    What is your key field? Are you including that field in your upload?

      I am using this as a key field (Agent ID"Date") and I named it Identifier. It is the same on both spreadsheets for the upload.

        Does your field name actually have Quotes in the name?  Maybe rename the field not to have quotes and rename the column heading in the upload.
