Line and Bar Report

I would like to compare the number of enrollments that I have and put them into a bar and line graph. I would like the bars to show the polices that were sold and marked as enrolled, i would like to put the line values as the number of polices that had cancellation dates in that month so that i can compare the amount of enrolled clients to the number of cancellations that i have. It will not allow for me to put the cancelations on the line graph. Is this possible?
