Listing last intreaction with Children in Parent's report.

I am pretty sure this isn't possible but with my limited knowledge of quickbase, I am just doubting myself and getting to the experts.
We have Parent (Projects) and Children (Activities).
We are trying to create a report for Parents where we can list the timecreated for the last activity on specific activity types.
On actives, we have type and we want to know when was the past time a particular type (phone call) of activity occurred with a parent.
From a developer start point, can we do Foreach or LastRecord details using Formulas in fields or reports?
