Technically there is the option of doing it this way with groups: https://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/assigning_group_records_access.html
I remember people struggling in the past with group permissions though. I am unable to find the threads with their exact issue but this is probably something you want to try to do in a copy of your app and then test a lot to make sure it works as expected.

Is it possible to assign a QuickBase group to our clients parent company, which are the highest level of the client data structure, and have only the people within that QuickBase group be able to see records connected to that parent company?
Kind of like Team A can only see stuff assigned to Team A, and Team B can only see stuff assigned to Team B.
