Lookup County with Zip Code

I would like to have a field populate with the county based on the zip code that is entered into the zip code field. I have built a table called counties and this table has the zip and the county in rows. I set up the advanced settings like this:

I also created a table relationship that looks like this:

I also setup a text formula that looks like this:
But the text box is only showing the zip code of the address field and not converting it. I feel like im missing a few steps.

    Yes, you are missing a step.
    You will need to set the table which has your ZIP Codes and counties such that the ZIP Code is the key field.
    Then you will need to make a relationship where one postal code entry has many transactions. For the reference field on the right side of that relationship you will use your look up field that you show in the picture above which is the ZIP Code.

    Then you will be able to look up the county from the ZIP Code table down to your transactions table.
