I tried it before I replied previously. It just makes the Description populate with control Number choices, instead of the actual control number field.
I need to be able to select the Control Number from a list of numbers, and have the Description auto-populate with the description

I tried using the Related Control and also the proxy Record ID for the reference field - both gave me a dropdown with the Control Number options, but neither populated the Description
