Lookup field not showing in dropdown

I have two drop down fields in a form that are pulling data from the same table.  They seem to be working for most of the values in the table.  However, I had a user enter a support ticket stating one...

Can you try looking carefully at which fields are being used in the drop-down report and then for the missing customer confirmed that customer has a value in that field?

Sorry, looking like a case of Rectal Cranial Inversion.  There are two similar tables and I was looking in the wrong one.  Problem solved
