make date time unique along with a text field
I would like to create a formula field that will concatenate a few text fields along with a date & time field. My fields are; Appointment Date, Provider Name, Case Manager

My date field was a Date & Time field. I changed it to just "date" and it works. I made a dedicated time field and included it into the formula. Thanks
