Making an app read only

Question

I'm trying to find a way to make the entire app read only.&nbsp; I know I could change the security groups but we have several in the app.&nbsp; We need to archive the application and individuals will need to access it but should not make any changes.&nbsp; Thoughts?

I just go through all the users and hopefully more groups than single users and set the role to Viewer.
