Many to Many Table Relationship with a static Table

I am pretty new at Quickbase and I've hit a wall trying to make this work. I'm not sure if I need a Many-to-Many Relationship or what?  I have one table that will have hundreds of products. I have ...

This does sound like a typical Many to Many Relationship. Once product may have many Issues and the same Issue may be needed for many Products.

Juts set up a middle table, called Product Issues.

One Product has many Product Issues.  One Issue has many Product Issues.

Then on the product you will be able to have an embedded report of all its' Issues.
