Method to see table of trigger in list of Pipelines

Is there a way to view the table of the trigger step in the list of pipelines, or an export of the list of pipelines showing this info?  I would like to get a count of # of pipelines by trigger table, as there is a limit of 90 pipelines per table and there is no easy way that I see how many pipelines I have per table now.  I just know this when I hit 90 and that does not help me plan for the future.​
